38 Avenida la Antigua is a part of the Avenida la Antigua Flats, which overlooks the pedestrian Plaza Lucía and has a sunset-facing view over the rooftops towards the Catalina Islands. The spacious flat has two main areas, one for coming together with each other and another for rest and relaxation. 

For communal space, a great room with a covered terrace provides an area for lively gatherings. The open floor plan includes lounge seating, a kitchen, dining room, and covered terrace with a grill that is perfectly suited to spending meals and time together throughout the day.

When there is a need for peace and quiet, a separate area just for bedrooms offers a place to rest after days spent exploring town. This back wing of the home is dedicated to personal spaces, and includes a guest bedroom with two day beds and a trundle, a queen-base bunk room, and a master bedroom with a covered terrace.
