Casa Encantada | 10 Calle Virginia

Perched atop the hillside street of Calle Virginia in Las Catalinas, Casa Encantada’s large rooftop terrace opens up to expansive ocean views of the sunset and the Catalina Islands, where an outdoor grilling area and large rustic dining table is set up to host meals together. 

Panoramic ocean views continue back inside on the top floor, with windows bathing the open concept living room and full chef’s kitchen in golden natural light. The downstairs leads to the den, another patio with it’s own plunge pool, and an additional grilling area for outdoor cooking.
